Job Title: Consultant
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
Location: Peterborough

The profile:
An excellent opportunity to join a highly successful global mobility consultancy, you will act as a key account manager, delivering expatriate administration services to a portfolio of multi-national clients.
You will possess excellent organisational, IT, numeracy and client facing skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with a range of key clients, ensuring business opportunities are pro-actively identified in order to increase revenue for the company. This position requires flexibility, initiative and enthusiasm.

The duties:
» Tax planning based upon general principles relating to company source remuneration
» Calculation of Assignment benefits, tax and social security
» Preparation of client documents and correspondence
» Preparation of payroll instructions
» Identification and management of opportunities to provide added value to the client relationship
» Management of client contracts including fee review
» Management of third party vendor services
» Development of assignment policies and processes
» Development and management of Associate Consultants/other.

» High touch, professional customer service essential
» Previous office based experience in a client facing environment
» Excellent communication skills
» Flexible, ability to travel with role

» Excellent numeracy & IT skills
Education/Skills:
» Ideally Post Graduate with 2 year’s experience in the Global Mobility industry
» European language desirable but not essential
» High level of competence in the use of spreadsheets and proven numeracy skills
