Community
IPM encourages community involvement by our people. This includes:
- having a company charity account with the Charities Aid Foundation
- raising money to support good causes locally
- providing equipment to local organisations
- providing work experience placements through our local County Council and enrolling onto the national apprenticeship programme
Environment
IPM is totally committed to minimise our impact on the environment. To that end we:
- reduce our carbon footprint on travel
- reduce paper usage
- use recycled stationery products
- recycle materials
- minimise energy usage in our offices
We have already achieved our Bronze level Environmental Accreditation and are now working towards a Silver level Environmental Accreditation with PECT (Peterborough Environment City Trust) and IiE (Investors In the Environment). A copy of our Environmental Policy is shown below:
